Dear Marge
Recieved your letter O.K. Thanks a lot. Was swell to hear from you. Will send you a few lienes now as I might not have a chance for a while. Have been busier than the devil. Have been working each day from 6:30 AM until 9 or 10 P.M. It knid of got me down last Monday & Tuesday. SPent a couple of days in bed. More or less a case of nervous exhaustion. Feel a lot better now though. Just got back from a non-commissioned officiers school. Was drier than the chickens. Very uninteresting! The Lt. who canducted it doesn't seem to know
what the Army is all about. Glad you had a nice Thanks-giving. Yes, we had Turkey with all the trimmings, pumpkin pie, candy & nuts. Was real good. haven't heard anyone from Bill He's probably landed wherever he was going by now. Hope he had a safe trip. By the way, here's his address:
