Dear Margie,
I be you think I'm awfully slow at answering your letters when you're so prompt to me. Well I am and awfully ashamed of myself. I try but I just don't seem to get time to write. I'm glad to hear that you had a nice Christmas and holidays. I had as nice as could be expected. Speaking of Christmas, I recieved your card and must say if was very nice. I certainly which I could return the gesture. Well my sister finally had the baby on Dec 3rd. It's a nice sound boy, not bad eh? I had hoped it would have been born on the holidays but no such luck. It was close though. How do you like the winter weather? I bet you are doing plenty of skating and sleighing. He too on thoving "Old Man Winter". Nearly every night it snows. The days aren't bad though. How's Kenturky? Still the aud of beautiful houses and fast evenings? Well Margie, time to close again So take care of yourself.
Your Cous,
Joe
