7:30 am.
Dear Nelli:
Well we passed inspection and events to town last night left here 5:15 with out supper got into town at 7:30. Then we went
up to see Marion, stayed until 9:30 and then it took us until 12:30 to get back to camp. I was going to buy Jackie something but we didn't even go into a store. I wanted to get her and Louis something but we just didn't have time. I liked Marvin she is on the small size, about. Carolyn size and not veery good looking, but I think she would be a lot of fun. I asked her to write to you went sher got home, she is leaving tonight in the 6:45 bus and will et Buclington Tuesday night. The applications are coming out soon for A.C.S. and I don't know if I shuold apply or not. I had my imingf made up not to but some of the fellows are trying
to change my mind. I don't know and doubt if I decide until the last minute. I am a little afriad that if I should get it that I wouldn't get out as soon as I would as a private. Really that is the only reason I can't decide. Tomorrow morning we go out on another range. Up at 3:45 and another 4 miles out before and it will seem like 44 when we are coming back. This time we are short as a good at argets that are partly hidden. We will have 8 houses, but it is divided into 2 ranges, 4 hours each. Most of the boys are in this weekend. It seems dunny have so many here, down stairs there is only one missiung out of 34.
That means we won't have seonds for dinner. Last sunday we have all we could eat. About the refrigerator put the money into your aare mothers account but keep anaccount of her much that you divide up. I think you had better sell everything you can, that you can get a good price these isn't any use in giving stuff away. Coca Cola Cooler; Scales; Refrigator; Cash Regerister; I don't see why you want the pickeys. We can see after some of those things when I get home. Well will sign off for now.
Love Phillip
