Dear Ann.
As I have been sick for a few weeks which wasn't able to write until to-day so I wanted to long before. Betting your letters & re-reading them finding you just as well telling me you don't want me to write anymore. I can't do anything against a person. Will. If that the way you want it. That is the way it will hve to be I guess or it seems froom your letters. Anyway, I can say that I'll never forget the few momments we were together the second week in Jan 44. All I ask of you is to be ahppy & live a true marriage with whoever you may get for your loving husband. I'm awful sorry I haven't wrote long before now but I was bed fast with almost double numonia & throat trouble. So today I'll try to write as you want me to. If yuou feel like writting you may do so, but don't go against your Will just to make me happy

So do as you liek but Don't gp against your will. But do as you wish. Remember the letters you wrote Feb. 13th? Will just think it over. My last will be always with you. As my ming has done each day.
So long until later
Do as you like, I'm leaving it with you
Always and forever
