Dear Darling Donna,
Well honey, here it is wednesday already and I haven't recieved any letters from you as of yet but hope to soon. This sure one H____ of a camp, it's been raining here since monday day and night and if you know how the infantry operaters you'll know what I'm going there. They keep us boys not in the raining all day long. I put from two its there pairs of stockings and pants every dau so we don't have much time off after we do are washing and so forth. Our company commandor said after this six weeks
training in ther dow here that we would be sent to a p.O.W (Pact of emarcasion) or a P.O.R (Port of Replacements so it means over seas for me. Two of my friends and myself have it in over heads to join tje paratroops in the next couple weeks whether we do or not is beyond me. The Sgt. in charge of my platoon said we would get a ten day delay in route after were them so if I come home honey and here the starien about your dat I did before I'll rind your neck and for god sake stay away from neck Kanas and if your smart you'll do what
I say. Please sent that braclet you promised me and sen one of your pictures. Well honey I haven't much more to so for now I'll have to close and clean my rifle yet tonight so I'll stop and write soon again. Honey write soon.
