Dear Donna,
Well here is another day, did a little prassing this morning all though for the day except that I will pick up my mail from Keesler Field this afternoon. Hope I get one from you. Hun guess what? I first came back from the PX and there is a gal from Chicago I used to know. All teh guys here been talking about her but this is the first time I had senn her she said soon as I get a pass she would show

me Denver that will make it nice. Don't get any ideas thos as she is a good kid first like you it will be good company the well enough for that. What have you been doing lately are you still working for Bill. By now you showed be an old timer, have they given you a big raise yet? Hope so. I tried to call you first before I kept Rusler but nobby answer! I did not get another home I will try to call from here the only thing it has to go through Denver I waited 4 hr the other nite to call home then I could not get through

so you see the phone system is not so good here. The food here sure is good here at this place almost as good as in Civ life. I was really suprised the only thing there is one big mess hall whihc hold 2,000 men at a time, just like a herd of cattle. Eddie Canter was here last nite at the srvice club he sure is a cord really on the ball tho. Betty Hutter is supoose to be here next week they have a lot of entertainment here much more than Miss.
