Dear Donna,
Well here it is July 1 st ad I still haven't done a thing but sleep had a hard week end an dam a little drozy. My pal I in hasn't woke up yet I called camp and asked if I could stau in town today amnd I get it fixed a couple eggs and toast but I burned the toast wish you were here maybe you would have done better. Well they gave me a tin hat Friday and pistol belt and mess kit and stuff so It sure looks like they ate going to send me over I won't mind it too much if they don't wor me but if they do I won't like that. Were what are you going to do for the 4th what everyou do don't get burned. We get 5 days off starting tomorrow so I am going to see how much trouble I can getinto in 5 days. Is Mary goig top get ogg over the Holidays.

IF so tell her to take it wasy. I took some picture up in the MT so if I can get them Developed I will sne you a couple. Have you heard from verneas yet if so what fif he have to say. Well ther isn;t much more to write about so geuess I had better close for noe I have to take the car down and hav tiot wasjed and pased it I left it up to Jim it never would get done, right now he is sawing a log worse than anybody I ever saw. Well hun right soon, I will do the same.
