Dear Roy:
Just a few lines to let you know we received your letter Sept. 6th. Sent you a letter but thought I would tell you again we received your new address. Hope you are well we are all well as ever. Your Dad is at work. Florence took us over to Tony's and to get his Seagrams she has sure been good to us since she has been gone we sure appreciate it because its a long way for your Dad to walk after he works all day. City men out one of our elms. Your in front of the house yesterday and I suppose they will cut the other one down. I think I told you all the rest in the yard has to be cut down some of Mrs Moscoe is dead too. Hope you have heard from your Buckley Steel Castings letters you turned in. Hoping to see you some day soon.
Love
Mother & Dad
