Dear Sister,
Just a few lines to tell you that I am still OK, I hope you are all the same. Well I hear you are having a lot of rain and some awful heigh water, Please send me some pictures of the high water at Wedge. It looks like a river, I guess Dad corn crop is all gone down at Jacob, if they had it planted already, which I don't know I hear the levy broke at Jacob. That sounds bad. Me and Dulle walked 20 miles the other day for just a few bottle of beer, I only had one botther of beer, I only had one bottle of beer in last 5 weeks, so I was pretty well dried up, and we paided a quarter for a small bottle, Putty expensive beer. Well girls so much for this time, write again some time,
So Long,
Brother
