Thursday evening,
Dec.9, 1943
To My dearest Frances:
I have a little poem here I ,ust send it to you.
To someone I love?
I do believe that God above
created you for me to love
he picked you out from all
the rest because he knew
I loved you best
I had a beart and it was time
But now it has gone fron me
to you to take care of it as I
have done for you have two
and I have none
love
Charlie
