Dear Darling,
I just got up I was sleeping a bit before I went to sleep I was thinking about us and marraige. Oh! pops I love you so very much and miss you as terribly much. To think that we only have one hour together during all the long hours of the day & night. It doesn't seem fair that we must be expected so much. Gee darling, you don't have to pray that I'll be faithful, please pops you know better. Just pray for us to be satisfied and for me to marry up soon. Popsie dear, I hope you're not sorry for yesterday noon. It was alright, I understood how you felt, although don't know how or why you got the idea so quickly or didn't you get it as quick. Was it coming to you for a couple of days. Nevertheless you're my precious wonderful sweet darling & I loves you. I wish I had you here as I could kiss and love you right now. Oh! pops! I hope you didn't stay out too late last night & didn't get up too early this morning. Darling go in Nigels for the plaster. I think it'll be $0.05 otherwise you'd pay more at the hardware,
And so my darling I know you'll excuse me now, because my eyes are bothering me, and I must wash my hair, press a shirt, mend stockings, wsa and then to bed to think and dream of Popsie, Herbie darling. Sorry I have to close, because I feel like writing, Don't forget dear, I'll meet you on the way at noon time.
All ways yours, Darling
