My Beloved Darlings;
Halloween nite! - Hob goblis and confetters. How well I remember Halloween about six years ago. We had been at the parade and gotten pretty well confettied. We were so much in love then Darling, heaven was our our rendeguous and the can our only haven. Do you remember? Often we loved we have to pick the confette off of L.H. and L.S.? Just one specific mememory that comes
back to me tonite because its haloween and I remember it just as if it were yesterday. I wonder if you saw the parade tonite - perhaps you stood on the same ground that we stepped together six years ago. I wonder if this same thought accurred to you. Yes, My darling that memory made me sort of blue tonite - I felt so very lonely and blue. I went along and looked at a dress in the window and said "See Darling Don't you like that?" - you would look
so marvelous in it. It would certainly make me raise. If you'd only have been with me tonite; just to answer. I've seen you so many times in that emptiness beside me when I walk and even in bed. I love you and need you, my precious Darling. Another day of work. I worked nine hours today. Didn't even go to the field. I wanted to make up for the last time of yesterday. They'll call me by phone whenever something happens. I recieved your letters of Sunday today
Darling and need times. Every word in precious conversation with you and means so much to me now. I had dinner at the "Y" and went to an early show. After that I had a few beens at the Comfushen, took a little walk and came home. It's now exactly 12:15 and I must get to bed for tomorrow in another tortuous day. I love you, my sweethear and I love my lovely angel. Tell her that, will you? God bless you both and keep you well and wholesome for me. All my love and kisses
Daddy
PS- Show was "Love Letters" I'd have enjoyed it with you.
