Now of the 13th units came to hand in due time and in reply O ,ote sau tjat Sec. 6 of the amended euroversal act makes it the duty of Brands of Enrollment to add to the list at any time the names of previous subject to enrollment and to strike of the names of those who should not be enrolled.
