My Dear Folks,
Another week has gone past and I am still in the best of health and hope you people are the same. We expect to leave France sometime the last of this month which is almost here. I see where the 26 division has got home. Has the boys got home yet. Suppose they will tell it all through wher ehte 26 division won the war. Has Ruth gone yet, if so send me her address and I might
step off and see her on the return home. Who has brought Paul Peakes out. This mustard gasses that the fellow got it burn just like hot water but worse. I had a friend had got some but is alright. You let it come in teh night and it lay on the ground and then the seem to come out well rise. I have been through some. But never got first with it. I am trying to get a pass for 3 days to Paris. I suppose the has all gone
around the town. Where were are they has peas up 5 inches high. Will have to close for this time with lots of down to all.

P.S. Give my regards to all I know and if you don't hear from me much don;t be surprised becauase we may be on our way home. But will telegraph you we land on water.
