Dear Mummy
I said I would write you another another so here I am. We had a field day today. I had 18 blanks but only fired three. I am coming by the 8.33. We shall get up at 4.30 tomorrow. Quite early isn't it? I shall be at St. Marys at about 9:30. Don't meet me at the station. I shall arrive with enough things on and as I shalll have to travel to Scarborough in them please get some brasso and rags ready for me to clean them a bit. We have to Cook so efficient. Am goint to have my last bathe today and not going to post this and get some bing at the N.A.A.F.J Pleas give my love to Grandma and Jean
