Agreement

1. Sponsorship will be for a one year period, after which an email will be sent to you asking if you want to renew your sponsorship. Sponsorship price will vary from year to year depending on demand.


2. Agreement pends our approval. If refused all money paid through paypal will be refunded back to your account. If accepted an thank you email will be sent with a list of all the letters (with URLs) that you've sponsored.


3. Termination

We may terminate your sponsorship at any time and without giving reasons. If however we decide to do so, we will make a partial refund. This will be the amount initially paid divided by one year multiplied by the amount of the one year period remaining. i.e. If we terminate your sponsorship after 1/2 of the year 1/2 of the money will be refunded. If after 1/4 of the year, 3/4 will be refunded.

You may terminate your sponsorship at any time without given reasons. We will within a reasonable amount of time remove your company name and URL from the sponsored letters. Money will not be refunded.


4. We cannot guarantee you will get to sponsor your preferred letter in which case a letter will be allocated by us. You may refuse the letter we allocate by replying to our email. We will in this circumstance try where possible to allocate a new one. Please check that the letter isn't currently sponsored.

5. Under no circumstances will we be liable to pay you more than the original amount paid.

6. This is not a paid-for-advertisement or link. Overly promotional language will rejected. For example "Best Bikes at the cheapest Prices" will be rejected. If however your company is called "CheapestBikes.com" then "Cheapest Bikes PLC" as the company name would be acceptable.

7. Adding PLC for publicly limited companies, INC for incorporates, LTD for limited liability company, GOC for full or partial Government Owned Corporations, SOE for full or partially State Owned Corporations after the name of your company or website is strongly encouraged but not essential.
